Hiya, im new to this so hope its okay to join.

Have paid £5 to my Next account today - its my biggest bill at a whopping £855, so am hoping to get it paid off asap, as the monthly payments are terrible.

Well it's the 1st of October so time for me to get back on the challenge and pay off my next debt. It's my HFC loan (laptop) and I'm not certain how much i owe on it, I will update when I find out.

Anyways I can't pay this off thru my internet banking and I can't put coins in a jar at the end of the day because I don't spent money to have change . So I'm going to put money each day into my online saver account but as I already use that to put savings in, I will keep my sig updated as to what amount is towards my debt, then when it gets a decent amount I'll send them a cheque and transfer it to my account. I hope this works as well as it can do, i'm a bit worried that I'll end up spending it coz its there to spend but hopefully I won't. If I start spending it i'll have to start on a different debt that I can pay thru internet banking. Just wanted to pay this one coz it's my only debt with interest.

Got some expenses back through work, so £20 yesterday and another £2 today off the loan.

Well have paid £1 to evil loan and Cap1. £1 to savings and now have less than £1 left between 2 bank accounts :eek:

My saving grace is OH is paid weekly so gives me money each week -phew!!
Have also reached the £40 mark with my £2 coins. Just need another £10 and i can put it on our holiday card which has to be done in multiples of £50.

Mornig all, made my daily payment of £1.41 today, in theory i should be done with this debt within the next two weeks, then i am going to move on to the biggest one, the one i pay most interest on its a scary thought as it is going to take me soooo long to clear! i WILL do it though. xx
