A couple of links later and it was all entrails etc_pale_ _pale_ Now I know this is daft 'cos I love liver, kidneys, quite like heart, but it's that word...... entrails. Makes me shudder:o
Mmmm....entrails. :drool:If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -

You're weird:rotfl: :rotfl: ( only joking:D Ginger cake looks yummy)You never get a second chance to make a first impression.0 -
I don't like the idea of mechanically claimed meat but I must admit the idea of nothing being wasted is one I agree with.
I probably wouldn't have even noticed that on the tin to be honest, and would have eaten them if DF hadn't got there first!I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right0 -
My stepdad was a butcher in the 50's/60's so as you can imagine, you name it we've eaten it. Won't go into details as just the word 'entrails' (luverly :rotfl:)seems to put some off
Hotdogs produced this way look positively sterile compared to some of the bits and pieces, produced by hand, that I've enjoyed - bring 'em on!

It's a better topic than some of the threads on the OS board.:p
Personally speaking I would donate them to the school harvest festival, although my OH would eat them given half a chance.

Oooohhh, haslet!!
I haven't had haslet for yonks!
Need to hunt some down, and gather it up
Thinking about it, haggis, haslet and hash (corned beef variety!!!
) are a few of my favourite things.
Maybe my cookery book has got stuck at the letter 'H'?:o0 -
Why am I even voting in this poll ?!0

i wouldn't eat them, not beacuse of how they are made etc, but i just don't like the 'smokey' flavour all hotdogs seem to have! however, my children seem to think they are the best thing in the world! x
I'm with you on this one, loocyloo! I can't abide 'that smokey taste' - but my grandkids would bite my hands off for them!! So my tin of hotdogs would go straight to my daughter for her little angels.0 -
I'd probably add them to the box I collect through the year for the Salvation Army Christmas appeal. If I buy a few things each month the cost gets spread out. That's if the kids didn't spot them first.“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

I'd give them away, because Hot dogs give me the squits, TMI, I know, but you did ask!
