Rebate companies

I took out a deal about 14 months ago that was supposed to (with rebates) cost me only £1 per month over 18 months. I duly sent in all the rebate vouchers (for two phones, more fool me!) in September of last year, January (this year) and June. These had to be done within 14 days of the bill dates.

I did this, and got tracking numbers for all of the rebate vouchers. I've been chasing the first one from LAST OCTOBER (it arrived with them on the 2nd) through their customer services phone number since December of last year. It's supposed to take 30-40 working days.

Is there anything I can do? Trading Standards, Consumer Direct etc? Has anyone else been in this situation and got it sorted?

Is the firm you dealt with still in business?

If so you can take proceedings against them via the small claims court.
