Wow,

This issue has become worse than I first imagined. It does seem like KE are complete amateurs. Perhaps time to let MSE Martin know, so he can put a suitable caveat in his recommendation?

KE need to get their act together before I use their savings products.

I setup an account with them and since had log in issues which locked me out of the account, I do not intend to deposit any money until they sort out these issues. This was over a month ago and they appear to still be having problems.

In this day and age they really have no excuses.

Are there 2 different login pages ?

I don't use email as part of login process; have to enter user-id, whole password and 3 choices from memorable word.

However, I only opened the account very recently.

Yes there are two different login procedures as stated on the login page

Just logged in, without any problem, using the original method.
The info on my accounts all seem in order.

Logging on ok but still not showing accrued interest or maturity interest on fixed rates or break rates on existing fixed rate accounts.

Never had a problem with KE. Logged in ok every time. Accrued interest on fixed bond showing

I was having problems logging in to my KE a/c recently too; mainly not recognising my memorable word. I also had the temporary "missing interest" issue too. All this made me a little bit nervous, and I've now closed my account.
