Cross network question
Just checked out this offer but I have no idea whether it allows internet browsing and if so what the cost is.

1. Is cross network where you can phone another mobile network using your inclusive minutes? Does it include landlines?
2. How can you tell if they have phones in stock when you are ordering online?
