well i've never been able to get a loan, without it being paid into MY bank account, so the money must have hit your account at some time.
credit cards in your name are a little bit more of an issue, but it looks like you've agreed to this previously, assumed he was paying them off, he didn't, split up with you and left you with YOUR credit card bills.
