very quick dash in Tesco's yesterday and then away for the night, home now so I've time to post.
No prices sorry as was in too much hurry - but things to look out for
More reductions in the frozen fish section - cod in parsley sauce
Lots of reductions in jam and honey, squeezy jam (blackcurrant and apple) down from £1.5? to 51p, weightwatchers jams about the same. Some mega reductions on honey but the shelves were empty.0 -
In the aisles;
- 4x value cod portions (frozen, 360g) 99p (was £2.99)
- Finest all butter mature cheddar cheese biscuits (100g) 37p
In the reduced meat section;
- Finest pork cumberland sausages (454g) £1.29 (were £2.59)
- Simply Poussin British Poussin (450g) £1.39 (was £2.79)0 -

From HDUK:
Large whole chickens freshly cooked from Tesco's hot deli will be reduced from £4.19 to £2 from this coming Wednesday.
These deals usually last for a couple of weeks and will be nationwide.0 -

Had a couple yesterday which show the benefits of going in late on a Sunday.
Got a lovely piece of beef - least it looks good in freezer - for £1.90 as well as a beef steak for 80p, chicken fillets with mushrooms for 60p and some reduced honeyroast ham (£1 from £4)0 -
heinz baked beans are 3 for £1 at the mo (64p each) and 18 rolls of triple velvet loo roll are £5, not mega but good savings.0

I got some of the value cod portions yeasterday at 99p a 4 pack and some gorgeous homestyle beefburgers with sun dried tomatoes and basil reduced down to 49p for a 2 pack. They were nice thick burgers and tasted gorgeous, will be looking out for these again lol!!!0
