Any good phone suggestions?

Forget to mention before can anyone suggest a suitable mobile phone? I'm not particularly bothered about an all singing all dancing one but I do need one that I can read. I currently have a Motorola V545, but find it difficult to read texts and phone numbers as the font is so small. If anyone can suggest a phone with a better text size and has dimensions that are not the size of a brickI'd be very grateful. Karen

I bought my Mum a Nokia 3100 last Christmas. Now a little old in the Nokia range but she manages to use it without problem (or she can't phone me to tell me she is struggling ;-) ).
All she uses it for is phone calls and texting (no camera but you can receive picture messages).
Text size on screen can be made large and the phone is quite compact and light. From a personal point of view, Nokias are the easiest brand to operate.
Loads on Ebay for sale around £25 (new and unlocked). Hope this helps.Show me the money!0 -
Cheers, thanks for that. Someone else has told me that Nokia's are the easiest to use. I'll look it up.0

Karen,
I put a response on your other enquiry on the Orange Help thread. Basically you can get a Nokia 6610i on Orange YP120 for £4.99 per month with text bundles costing £2 for 30 texts per month.
Should be a good enough and easily read display as Nokias are quite good.
To get the £4.99 per month you need to buy it through Carphone Warehouse.
