anyone got any experience with mobileshop.com
i usually deal with osps or e2save but am looking at a deal there but always a bit scared when it comes to cashback deals.
are they reliable for cashback? cheers

The time to claim has not arrived for me yet so i can't comment on their reliability, but i will say they make it easier than most to get the claims done correctly, they send out vouchers clearly marked with the date they need to be sent back and what you need to send.

I've used mobileshop.com for the last 3 phones I bought.
Never had any cashback deals through them, so can't comment on that, but can say that they are highly efficient and general nice people to deal with.
I have always found them to be prompt with e-mail replies and polite and helpful on the phone.

I have just sent my cash back claim off to them and was pleasantly surprised to receive an e mail from them confirming receipt, looks like they genuinely want to help customers to get their cash back !

Like wolvesinwales I have just sent a coupon to mobileshop and recieved an e-mail the following day detailing how my cashback would be handled.So fingers crossed.

I have recently just had to claim my cashback. Sent off in Sept and got an email 2 days later to tell me the date cheque due would be 20th November. Received the cheque on the 21st (they also sent me an email to tell me the cheque was on its way) No problems - just the 2 months waiting time was a bit long I thought, but at least I received it!!

mobileshop.com may or may not be good, but i'm sure you could get e2save.com to price match as a past customer.

so same deal, reliable company :-)

Still not received my cheque from my claim sent at the end of November, i phoned them today and was told it will be sent out on Jan 29th, looks like a standard 2 month turn around as mentioned above.

I've seen a cashback contract I like with Mobile Outlet and have completed the e2save price-match on-line form 3 days ago, but to date not heard from them. Does anyone know how long they take in replying?
What I'd also like to know is if they are in a position to match the price, will I be able to go for it through one of the cashback sites eg. rpoints, quidco etc.?

Never, in my experience. I think price-match is just their marketing "strategy".
If you really want to, perhaps you should phone them.
