Move my ISA?

Havent got around to doing anything with my ISA yet this year. I hope to be able to put some new money in later in the year but for now I am looking if I should move my current holdings.
I have about 10k in a Bradford and Bingley ISA giving me 5.3% - but the thing that I like about this account is the interest is added monthly (so I assumes you get interest on the interest?). This might just be a mental thing though as you can see the balance growing month on month.
I got a flyer from Alliance&Leicester today offering 6% (although thats including a 1% bonus until sept 09) - but on this account the interest is added on 1st January. I dont know if that deal makes it any better or worse than the B&B one? I do see some people having issues transferring out of A&L though so I am a little bit put off by it.
I do have an HSBC current account and see they have a good ISA but it doesnt allow transfers in - I'd rather keep everything together though if possible.
Is there anything that is significantly better at the moment?

Compare the AERs, thats the annual equvielant. i.e. the yearly interest one will have the same interest rate as the AER, wheres monthly will have a lower monthly than AER.0
