Last Friday my local store was asking all customers at the checkout if they'd like a free calendar. Various pop bands/celebs (none of which I was familiar with
). But if someone hasn't got one yet but could do with one, might be worth a look in your local??

Picked up Veet Hair Lightening Cream this week. Not seen that in there before and there were quite a few items in the Veet range that were not regulars.
Still no sign of the Garnier Summer Body mist though!
They've also stopped doing the 6 pack of Flair kitchen towels that I like to get. There is a 2 pack of Flair now, with bigger rolls, but I can't work out if it is as good value as the 6 pack.0 -

They have potted plants in our local store today. Didn't look that nice though so i left them. half dead geraniums, little conifer type tree, 2 other things i don't know what they were. Hoping they are not so dead in other stores.0

There are loads of berry trees (well, not sure if they warrant being called trees). Gooseberry, blackberry, red currents.
Has anyone had success growing these?
