Today I found lots of stick deodorants (mens) including assorted Right Guard, a Nivea Men one and Old Spice Kilimanjaro. They also have 1 litre Sunflower Oil - I only mention this because at one point (a few months ago) I noticed they'd reduced the size of the bottle  but now it's back up to 1L.:) Also bought some Kerrymaid spread- this is a vegetable fat spread made with buttermilk - 2 for 99p. Although I wouldn't necessarily use it for toast/sandwiches, I thought at this price, it'd be OK for baking!

  • I got a couple of OPI (silver, gold, plum) and China Glaze (peacock, white) crackles today- I'd missed the OPI in Poundland and have not yet come across CG- looks good so far, and such a bargain.

Ouch - I feel your pain :( I'd just bought a bottle from HB (£1.29 I think) until today, that was the cheapest I'd seen! But I'm not always able to get to my local 99p store, (it's just not that local to me :)) but as I was there anyway today, at that price I've bought a couple to stock up :)

Also forgot to mention that they had Boursin with black pepper 150g in the chiller cabinet (mid Feb bb date) - £2.35 in Sainsbobs!!

You have got to try this with their 7-Days Bake Rolls (also handily found in The 99p Shop). An amazing snack with a G&T in front of the TV.

  • Hiya, I read this now and again.

I just thought I'd pop on to tell you they have the Sally Hansen metallic nail varnishin poundland, it's brilliant, it's the one you paint on and hold the magnet over and it creates a pattern in the varnish, I have it in now, it lasts about a week and not a lot of chipping, I've taken to buying my nail varnish from pound shop's bow, as they have all brands and colours, it's the one in the link below,http://www.sallyhansen.com/nails/nail-color/special-effects/magnetic-nail-color

I have 3 Will go back for more :-)
