6 Large bags of pretzels (Wheat and gluten free) in a retail tray £1 (BBE 30th Sept 08)
2 Blue Dragon Crispy Seaweed for £1 (BBE 30th Sept 08)
2 Pomegranate and Pear Juices for £1 (BBE 30th Sept 09)
2 Wrigley special packs (£2.85 each at Tesco) for £1 Cherry Menthol / Eucalyptus (BBE July 2009)

Not on offer but normal prices 5 bars of Nougat with Cashews for £1 BBE 30 Sept 2009. No Gelatine so this is suitable for Vegetarian (has Egg Albumen so not for Vegans) As ever the sun-dried tomato with mushrooms was just £1 a bottle excellent quality and value.

Saw the peanut butter (not impressed with the ingredients: Hydrogenated fats) will stick to Lidl's Own brand at 89p, the best peanut butter by far.

These were in the 99p store in West Ealing no sign of soup today.

i noticed a lot of 'biker mice from mars' ?? figures, quite large and very much reduced from rrp. also a few different 'lion, witch and the wardrobe' figures. excellent if someone likes the film/book.

got the crystal stick deodorant :j thanks for original poster, i would've spent pounds on one otherwise.

    250g boxes belgian chocs.
packs of finger twixes with 3 free = 12 for 99p!
    microwave popcorn boxes of 6
packs of 3 Tunes, almost double price in Sains.
very delicious looking basmati microwave rice, with chickpeas and cinammon among other things. think Tilda.
they had orange flavoured m & m's, a special edition in a foreign language.

the guy in front of me was buying a lot of blue wallpaper, nice colour.

I like picking up makeup bits and bobs in poundland. My last two purchases were a Revlon HydraSmooth concealer and a Maybelline cool effect eyecolour :) AND with poundland having branded cosmetics in store it's easy to pick some up and put away as gifts for friends in little gift baskets :)

  • the blue wallpaper is actually blackburn rovers wallpaper. in my local 99p store in sutton surrey i picked up some biker mice toys which are great for stocking fillers and they also had lazytown items such as a pencil case, a tin pencil case a pen and stephanie diary which will make great stocking fillers too. :o

The 99p store in Gloucester has just got lots of garden bulbs in . Lovely healthy ones, not all dried up like some are. I bought some great alliums (christophii and Hollandicum) which were both £2.99 at Hurrans. But they had all the usuals, tulips, mini daffs, crocus etc.

Time to start on the gardening.
