DHC skincare have already emailed back with advice and promise of samples.

would be happy to suggest but you've proberly already got a head start on me

Success! I complained to urban outfitters about the rug I bought because I didn't think it was worth the £65 I paid and they got back to me very quickly and have now refunded me 20% of the price, I explained I didn't want to retutn it because it was the only one of its kind I could find, considering i used a 15% code I got out of their catalogue when I purchased it I think I've done rather well, they were very lovely about it all too.

Also I complimented herbal essences on their new tousle me softly shampoo and conditioner and mentioned that I'd like to try the styling products in the range but did they have any vouchers and they've promised to send me some.

Complained and complimented about several other things too but yet to hear back. This is great! x
