So, on friday, i had a little think of my favourite brands and products we buy all the time, and emailed them with some compliments and why we love the products.
Here is what i received back:
Johnsons Baby: Sending vouchers
Options: A thankyou reply
Catherdral City: Sending vouchers
Simply Pure: Sending vouchers (my daughter has sensitive skin)
L'Oreal paris: Sending a gift pack of hair products for my hair type
Then, a few from complaints:
Daz: horrible smell of ammonia with handwashing powder: Sending Vouchers
Kettle Chips: bag of soft stale crisps: Sending them back and receiving vouchers
Awaiting replies:
Russell hobbs- hoover which had no suction at all.
Babyliss- hair tongs which did nothing at all except make my hair smoke.
Quorn- buying their bacon and it's always stuck together even when defrosted.
i dont go out of my way to complain to a company usually, but when i buy a product i want to carry on buying, or it cost me alot of money, i wont sit back and take it. i am very opinionated so i can't not say anything!
and complimenting companies is great, lots of freebies, and a lovely email in return
Goals: Save £500 for emergencies, Save £200 of Amazon vouchers for Xmas, fix my holey clothes!
Frugal living 20140
