I emailed Options two days ago with a genuine compliment & a question, and they replied today to say they'll be sending me some samples to say thanks

Yesterday, i emailed P&G about their Daz handwashing powder, as it has a really overpowering smell of ammonia coming from it when i am handwashing something, and they are sending some vouchers, Kettle chips and also sending vouchers for a complaint about stale crisps, and yorkshire tea are sending us some samples.

Doesn't hurt to ask, and your not being silly for complaining, if your not happy with a product, don't just throw it away, or let it sit in your cupboard. Contact them, and 9 time out of 10, they will reply with a very personal message telling you they will replace it with another item, or even send you some vouchers to try a different product!

I emailed Johnsonsx2 a week ago, since then they've emailed me twice and sent me a letter in the mail, all stating they don't do samples :eek:

I messaged Air Wick a few weeks ago, asking if they're planning on making any new Christmas candles, as I'm addicted to their Spiced Apple one, they just replied;

I wanted to buy a bag that I saw on Sephora (American Department Store) . They took my details ,my payment a few hours later (£60 plus £5 p+p) . 2 days later I received a mail saying 'We dont ship to the UK just yet' I asked for my money back ,it took them 3 days . So I complained about it all ,one week later I got the bag as an apologie plus they paid the handling fee to come into the UK ,shipping fee's and the courier ,all in it cost £140 . The bag is gorgeous too ,and knowing that I got it from the US is a bonus

If any one wants a beauty product to try ,try Yves Rocher ,they sent me 52 sample sachets of everything they have ,from perfume to day and night cream ,to makeup

Because other than buying it from ebay ,it cant be bought over here So its special :rotfl:well to me anyway .
