Mini roundabouts!

Thanks to all who answered,. it appears it is a locally named sign and as scbk says, it will be multiple choice so it is unlikely to be asked, it just puzzled everyone on the course as no one had come across it.
I have printed out the sign via link supplied by Poppycat and the Wikepedia diagram via link supplied by moonrakerzDon`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

One site I've come across calls them counterflow roundabouts0

Surely it is just a large information sign and included upon it is a combination of certain highway code signs indicating what you may encounter at certain points along your route.
Signs that are included on the large sign from Poppys link:
5 mini roundabout signs
1 no through road
1 Motorway ahead
1 Hospital with A&E
So the answer to the question is, (for poppy's sign):
It is a directional sign indicating the local route network, the highway features that will be encountered, the category of roads lead to and the location of certain public facilities.
For Derrick's sign, although the complete sign is not shown:
It is a directional sign indicating the local route network, the highway features that will be encountered.
Alternative answer:
Mini roundabouts ahead.

Yep, agree with what you say.
With regards to "my sign", that is all that is printed in the course booklet, along with 3 others that I do know what they mean, see OP.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

Yep it's known as such because of the sculptures on it..0 -
These type of layouts are correctly known as ring junctions. However, given that no-one else appeared to know it, I wouldn't be too worried.
In the real world, the important thing is that you know a junction is coming up and how to negotiate it, not what it's called. For the purposes of the test, the multiple choice element should help you out.0 -
Test completed and passed with no reference to said sign.
