Any Debenhams Codes around??

Hi, Can someone help me please.

I bought a jacket in Debehams on Monday and got £10 off with the Metro voucher but I got home and saw that Debenhams are doing the 20% discount. I therefore rang the customer service desk and they confirmed that the voucher gives 20% off in-store, and on the Money Saving Expert deals page, it also confirms that it is 20% off in store.

I was wanting to take the coat back to see if I can get the extra money taken off but I got a new Metro bnewspaper today and it is just saying the 20% off part is for online. Can someone please let me know if it has worked in-store?

AFAIK the 20% is only online.

Thanks for the reply but I wanted to clarify as the MSE weekly email does refer to it being in-store and the Debenhams website in the terms and conditions in the 'offers' tab at point 1 states 'The offer is available at all UK Debenhams stores and online'

Actually, this does seem to have changed. On Monday I received an email from Debs stating the instore discount was a £5 or £10 voucher, but there is no mention of that on the site now.

Metro/Daily Mail 20% with code JN32/HC39
1. The offer is available at all UK Debenhams stores and online at https://www.debenhams.com.
2. This voucher can only be used on full price products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional code.
3. New Cardholders cannot use the the Metro discount in conjunction with the account opening 10% discount in store or online.
4. To qualify for the discount, readers must redeem one voucher from the Metro between 3rd and 9th November 2013 (inclusive).
etc etc....

I would return the item and go for the 20% instore discount.

I dont know what I am doing wrong. I used these codes for a full price coat online and the price has not changed. Any advice? Thanks

Some of the main brands are not always in the reductions what brand is it? I ordered one from Warehouse though and it went through.

I also tried using the codes to buy a nespresso coffee machine and the site recognised the codes but didn't take anything off the price????
