Just tried this today and it applied to the order. There was a problem with completing order as secure login wouldn't work (my email address changed in Jan and altho I notified them it didn't work today - even tho I remembered that login is still old address hey ho) .

Did order by phone as couldn't complete online - where guy said the code was out of date - pfft. After pointing out that it was applied on line and I was looking at it so it can't be out of date he still insisted it was out of date. So after pointing out calmly and forcibly that its Debs fault I can't complete my online order with a Debenhams card, and whilst I appreciate the offer to complete online I didn't see why I should by £2.60 worse off. After he spoke to supervisor it was alright and they applied it. So watch out if you have any tech issues and need to complete by phone be assertive and stand your ground. Apparently have to email and wait 48 hours for IT issue to be looked at. Not impressed - we have a John Lewis coming here next year .............
