    well I just rang them regarding not having my voucher and he says he is filling in a template? and someone should get back in touch with me? Did this happen to anyone else?

    It took 2 phone calls to CS and an email with a screen shot of my order confirmation with the gift card promise on it. Also in no uncertain terms I informed them that my order would be returned in full if the £10 gift card didn't arrive this week. It arrived within 2 hours :)

    I can only get free delivery to work but not the 10% codes.

    Is it because it's a beauty item that already has 10% off?

    Yes I think so, the codes don't usually work on the beauty products so the already discounted 10% is a good deal :)
