hi
have been with talk talk for 3 years on the talk international call package so get phone line, broadband and anytime calls for 31.99 a month. whilst i havent had many problems with the service i am now a bit miffed with their attitude - they said id have free broadband (currently pay 10 pound as part of the 31.99) within a few months, 3 years on they are still telling me same thing and are quite rude.
my question is how do i switxh phone and internet supplier easi;y ? do i have change phone line to bt first then look for new broadband ? will talk talk let me do this ?
look forward to advice
thanks
chris

I believe you can still use any broadband ISP if you pay line rental to TalkTalk - its only when your line becomes unbundled when you cannot, and in this case, I don't think you would have been unbundled. But you can switch telephone suppliers as easy as you did to get to TalkTalk.0

Hello mcdermott_c,
I have sent you a PM with my email address, please feel free to contact me and i will investigate.
If free broadband is active in your exchange and there isn't any issues we should be able to get you on a free broadband tariff.
Thanks
