    In the Prenton (Wirral) store today I noticed that they had 3 x voice controlled Dr Who Daleks RRP £99.00 priced at £39.00. Sorry - don't have time to find a piccie. Looked like a good deal to me!

    Also had cute wooden treaure chests filled with dressing up stuff for £7.99. The boys one was full of pirate dressing up stuff with hat, patch, sword etc. The girls one had a fairy dress and a fairy 2 piece outfit with tiara and a wand etc.

    lots of kids toy's being put out
    hms twister moves £8.99 i think. £19.99 in argos..
    dr who as mentioned above and lots harry potter bit's.
    Ignore reality.There's nothing you can do about it.

    Got some fab baby bargains in the Pontefract store yesterday:

    * TY rocking horse soft toys blue/pink - £1.69 each
    * two pairs of soft baby socks - 49p
    * luxury knitted baby blanket (really sweet and great quality, I love this) - £3.99
    * gift box set containing a velour hooded robe and wash mitt (again great quality and a fab gift, just a shame they only had 1 blue left or I would have bought more for friends' babies) - I thought it said £4.99 on the shelf but my receipt reads £2.99

    I also got:

    * Uni permanent white marker 39p (they also had whiteboard markers for 19p)
    * 18 pack of candy canes 69p
    Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21
    04/12/20: Both properties listed for sale
    11/01/21: Offers accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
     25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
     27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer received 
     05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on purchase. Mortgage offer amended
     08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
    26/02/21: Partner's sale contract signed
    10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
    16/03/21: My sale contract signed
    28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
    11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
    17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
    27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
    28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
    03/06/21: Completion

    amazing alyson doll £19.99 rrp £69.99 although amazon seller has them at the same price as HB did see these last year in argos for the full price

    Just to let ppl know that the new Homebargains in Llanelli (old Marks and Spencers) is not opening today as hoped -it will be opening next Saturday the 29th Nov-(building problems as the supervisor informed me on the telephone now.)

    Interesting to know though that she also informed me that the Station Road one in Llanelli will be kept open indeffinately!
    2 Homebargains in 1 town...:T YAY!

    For anybody who sews there are loads of little packs - needles, iron-on stuff, cotton, press-studs etc - all for 29p each!

    Yesterday in my local store they had Bratz fashion show sleepover games - not sure on the exact contents - but the box was really quite big and had a RRP of £24.99.
    HB price was £7.99
