Sorry, I havent time to read through thread to see if these have already been posted.

Bangor HB today had all the 'nativity' type outfits for 2 - 5 year olds from £4.99 to £5.99
*Sheep (2 types) Very very cute!
    *Snowman
    *Star
    *Elf
    *Angel
    *Mrs Christmas style dress
    *Santa

I got my 4 year olds Snowman costume and was very pleased I now dont have to spend hours concocting one at home!

Also some nice Disney Princess stationary sets for £1.99 lovely stocking filler or birthday party prezzie contains 4 pencils, clip, sharpener, scissors, ruler, large paper pad and small note pad all in a little plastic file/case.

And a Little Princess (Tony Ross) Game/book £1.99 contains 7 or 8 board type games. My little girl adores hers - really good value.

    HTH someone.

These costumes are great value. Also noticed wise man and shepherd costumes ,great for school nativities (although they dont have the charisma of the home made tea-towel over the head costumes)!
Moneysaving? - I cant stop spending because of this site!
  • bertolli sauce jars 49p each, great for pasta, high quality and very expensive normally. i got sweet pepper.

kitten soft toilet paper, £1.29 for 6, w/2 free.

organix baby food - apple rice pots x 4
    strawberry pots x 4
    both 29p each !

orchid storage boxes, square, to match the drawer set in a month or so ago. 99p. haven't opened yet to see size inside.

misshapes, 99p. large bag i think 300g, and as we know - thorntons in disguise! :p

LOL I agree. Shepherd I would have done myself with a teatowel for the sake of nostalgia, but snowman was a little trickier - didnt want to get into the whole paper mache head etc!

Update to last post, Alfreton branch has no 10p chewing gum now. Nearby store, the inferior B+M Bargains, were also previously selling Trident for 10p. Now they have it in two flavours at an exorbitant 20p ;)

...Thanks for this - we now have a B+M Bargains so may have to have a gander.

    Cheers.
