Had my first ever visit to a Home Bargains today - the new one that's opened up in Dundee next to Poundland.
:j
Most delighted with the Big and Smalls CD book and the chilli Discovery fajitas for 59p - they are about £1.20 in Tesco.
Think next time I'll plan my visit better, take a notepad to compare prices.
DD got a new bendy silicone wristwatch for 99p - they're a £ next door in Poundland:rotfl:Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
Balance 19th April '07 = minus £27,640
Balance 1st November '09 = mortgage paid off with £1903 left over. Title deeds are now ours.0 -

I've just popped into the store in Ashton Under Lyne and found Rose Petal Cottage Table and Chairs set for £4.99.
This was £19.99 in Smyths a while back and the kids were nagging for it to match the cottage they got last year. Never would have paid £20 for an inflatable set but a fiver ain't bad
Oh a local person :j
How many di they have in? Might pick one up for my niece x0 -
