Today I got my usual suet half filled coconut to keep the birds happy for 69p (cheapest by far), a pack of 2 Guinness glass tankards for £1.29, and a small pink wind up torch by rolson for £1.99 :D Didn't see the firepit though.

They've got quite a decent stock of various bird things haven't they! I bought a birdfeeder and a couple of kg of bird seed when I was last there; i think they were both around a pound, which is amazing value considering all the entertainment the visiting birds will provide! Great stuff!

Lots of branded sun cream in the Bangor store, as well as tinted moisturisers etc, most were just £1. There was one suncream which seemed just like the P20 stuff that you can get (apply just once during the day for sun protection) - I can't remember how much it was, though I remember being quite impressed by the low price! For anyone wanting the actual P20, they have it behind the tills in the glass cabinet with the perfumes etc, for around £10. I think it's normally £20, or at least it was a few years back, so get a bottle before the summer holidays when they'll be sure to completely sell out!

Coalville has PP3 rechargable nimh batteries for £1.99, considering you pay about this for an alkaline PP3 I thought it's a good deal.
