Believe me it is a bad thing, i do not bother with a basket anymore just go and get a trolley straight away. OH says i do not need half of the things i get, but i think he thinks there is a birthday and christmas fairy who gets all the presents throughout the year. It is one of my favourite shops.

The Gillian McKeith Miso soups really aren't that bad! For 19p it's pretty cheap for something organic, healthy and supposedly a weight loss aid.
The soup only has 20cals per serving, and the taste is no different from the low calorie broths you can buy. Each to their own.

My OH thinks the same, what would we do without HB! :j

I bought a pack of 2 underbed storage bags today, the ones that you use the vacuum nozzle to take the air out.

What experience have people had of these, do they last long?

    Ta.
