Bishop Auckland had some lovely 20cm Cuddles teddy bears - £1.99
Very soft, strokable, cream fur, wearing a pink fairy/ballerina type dress and wings, with ribbon rose bud trim.
They are inside sealed bags, which was nice.
They also had one similar rabbit left. A good bit bigger with long legs and ears, similar dress but no wings - £2.990 -
Chelmsley Wood store today had some Polly Pocket books with rrp of £4.99 on the plastic packaging for 29p - two books in each pack. There were four different titles but they must have had a lot of one particular title as it was in each pack.
Set of two hair bobbles and grips with frogs on (I think) 10p a set. Thanks to the person who abandoned three sets by the sweets!0 -
Lovely rose print oil cloth shoulder shopping bags today (v similar to Cath Kidston ones) - 89p!
EDIT - actually, might not be oil cloth, but it's that PVC coated material stuff, lol!0 -
Right, this isn't as exciting as bargain toys or cheap Thorntons bars, but I can really recommend the Tessa green velcro garden cable managers at 39p for 5 (I think). RRP is something daft like £4, but they really good for tidying cables or wires. I made a huge bunny run out of wire with wooden frames - the vecro ties are great for fastening the panels together so the run can be moved around easily and making different shapes.0

I bought the last pack a couple of months ago in my shop and they haven't had them since, I was shocked to see how dear they are in B&Q really handy things for the mower cable etc.
I bought these a while back and use them to keep the guy ropes tidy on our tent. They're great for that!0 -

I got the leapfrog clickstart and 3 games yesterday from the Sc**thorpe town centre branch (plenty in stock btw), got home and checked with sister and my nephew already has the Disney Cars Laptop - for those of you with kids, do you think I should return the clickstart and get him something else? Bearing in mind he's a spoilt little brat
and already has EVERYTHING. I live a long way away so don't get to see what he's currently got / playing with so buying him pressies is a nightmare.
Sorry to go slightly off topic there!0 -
