They had High school Musical and Power Rangers wrapping paper/gift bag packs for 39p, ideal if you've got young children who'll be invited to parties.

I got some paprika crisps for 39p, they are Pringle shaped but in a cardboard tube that isn't resealable. They aren't a British brand.

I also spotted lidded cups of chocolate raisins for £1.29, the sort of thing you would pay four quid for at the cinema.

They also had buffalo mozerella Walkers Sensations, I've not seen this flavour before - 39p for a family size bag.
Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!

Just wondered if any of you Home Bargains professionals had seen any of the Linda Barker mugs in dark brown with duck egg blue pattern on, sort of chunky/rustic style, please? I've been looking everywhere.

I have seen them in Thornaby- if you are anywhere near

hi, just back from a trip, got one of the spoons recommended!! (think purplebutterfly has started something lol)

Also a little paper holder shaped like a shoe! (in small yellowy box) cost 39p and holds upright up to 10 sheets of A4, handy to have by the comp, not seen them before in the stationary section.

Can now recommend 'Jonathon Crisp' (crisps for snobs!!) 19p a pack, garlic and black olive flavour, really tastey just had a bag!

And also by stationary magnetic shopping lists, 39p real handy to stick on fridge, 3 different patterns.

Madagascar stationary box (contains 2 character rubbers, ruler, sharpener and 4 pencils, paper and scissors) a nice little gift @ 99p. My store is Kendal but pretty sure they have the same stock going to all stores. HTH.

I've just been to the Home Bargains in Burnley and they had these toy sets, Mickey Mouse or Disney Pixar, and they contained 4 story books, a music player with 20 songs, and a picture viewer that you put different slides (or reels in this case) in and see the pictures - £5.99 :)

if they are Bahlsen they are a top Brand on the continent. I think they are German. very nice. You will find a lot of paprika crisps over there as I dont think they can sell meaty flavours. You tend to find cheesy, plain or paprika rule the roost in Europe.
