|Dont panic pavlovs, it might be a one off in terms of SEL but Ive been reguarly buying it ( maybe not everytime, but regularly) for over a year now:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Went to the Salford store today and found that a few of the things I buy regularly were reduced... not sure if this is the case with all the stores.
Also found a fantasic Montagne Jeunesse 'top to toe' pampering set for 99p they had loads left, the set includes a mud mask, 4 leg and foot treatments and 3 intensive hair treatments! I normally buy one of these facial masks for 99p!
The Montagne facial masks were all 49p they're normally 79p here and 99p everywhere else.
Also the omega 8 fish oil for kids which is normally £1.99 was £1.49.
The shilpla shetty perfume was also back at £1.99, so bought another, SA asked if I wanted more but did'nt hae enough cash
Forgot to mention there were lots of large surprise bags normally around £1.99 included Power rangers and Bratz, I thought they'd make great party bags! reduced to 39p we've opened them and they contain various games, puzzles, stickers, hair accessories and sweets! they do have a short expiry date though end of sept I think.0 -
And now i find this thread!
I love home bargains, i always get my super noodles there :P
My local also had those party bag type things reduced so its worth checking if theres any parties coming up!Total payment recieved from GPT etc as June: £0.000 -
Just wondered if any of you Home Bargains professionals had seen any of the Linda Barker mugs in dark brown with duck egg blue pattern on, sort of chunky/rustic style, please? I've been looking everywhere.0

Bought my son the giraffe one ( his fave animal!) it's so soft and is now his camping cushion lol0 -
I found the queue at HB in Manchester Piccadilly yesterday too much to bear, and so left....I swear there were 60+ people waiting to be served, across four aisles!!:eek:
The money I didn't spend on bits of tat went on wine at Tescos later instead (i.e. 50p for 5 bottles of lovely wine, with my double up 2 x £10 clubcard vouchers) :rotfl:0 -

Mind you, it's probably best that I don't or we'd be even more skint! :rotfl: Do they ever sell Northern nights bedding reduced, out of interest?
I got some of the Jane Asher large rice spoons 49p each from HB. Absolutely brilliant for use as serving spoons or cake baking - well, anything really. Non-slip, heat resistant rubberised handles and good sturdy metal spoon part.
I would recommend buying at least one because they are just so handy and mulit-purpose - and for 49p you can't go wrong!Thank you - just got the last 2 at the Llandudno branch and a nutmeg grater that will do nicely for parmesan cheese. They also had the brown and blue Linda Barker mugs VIX2000 - are there 2 different patterns - they had about 10 on the bottom shelf at the end of one of the aisles
If you think you are too small to make a difference, try getting in bed with a mosquito!
