What is people's opinion of Home Bargains customer Service? Went into the Telford store and their staff truly don't give a fig about their job or the customers

Yeah, last night this female shelf stacker started having a go at a shopper in-front of her manager, it was shocking!

I shop in the Durham and Consett stores. I've always found the staff in both stores to be friendly and helpful, even though it's very busy.

I'd be really grateful to know if anyone spots the Rachel Hale bags/purses in any of the Yorks/Lincs/Notts stores.

In Retford today, there were Disney (Winnie the Pooh) travel cots for £29.99, I think it said RRP £69.
Also W the P harnesses and reins, £6.99, RRP £11.99
Still lots of Tommy Tippee and baby stuff in general.

Also still well stocked on the shelf end with 'senior' equipment including fold up walking stick, magnifier, 'helping hand' grabber.

Have it on good authority that there will soon (October) be 2 Home Bargain stores in Fife. They are hoping to open in Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy in October.
