Sorry if this is a bit confused but I tried to remember the price all the way home then forgot, [NannaC havings a senior moment] anyway spotted this in the fresh meat isle, Leg of lamb sel has save £2 per kilo and was either £7.99 or £5.99, the packs had either £7.99 or £9.99, they were marked at £2 per kilo higher. If you can make sense of this hope it helps.

As in the title. Cole and Mason salt and pepper mills are £5 each and are BOGOF.
When you pay you get a discount of £10.00 and then the vat reduction of 22p.
So you get both mills free and you get back 22p.
Head office aware so don't know if it will work tomorrow

I got 3 sets this evening too!! Wgat a great find, mum and sis have been wanting new ones!! They were thrilled!!

I begged to differ last time when the SA said the till 'simply couldn't' do a DTD if it was more than I had paid for the items. I said 'you mean your Manager won't let you?' She blushed but insisted 'no, the till cannot do it'.

Then her harassed colleague - who had been listening and nodding in agreement with her friend - did the refund for me...giving me full DTD by mistake as she didn't know what she was doing! So much for the till not being able to do it, lol, I ran out grinning!:rotfl: :rotfl:

I got a few sets!
Went through the self service checkout and didnt bother to complain when I didnt get my .22p's back!
Got home to find that one of the mills is broken. Haha don't think I'll take it back.......they might have to charge me to take it back.....if you see what I mean.

crackling pork leg joint sel £4.49, pack marked £5.59 pr kg, pork leg joint sel was,I think,£3.99, pack marked £5.78 pr kg. No working scanner in store so used self-scan till, both went through at higher prices. Off to CS expecting the usual scribbled calculations for DTD but when butchery guy said it was an overcharge , the charming young man at CS said "As we have overcharged you we give you these and you get your money back " I think it must be the 1st time I have looked shocked without acting !!! There were several more packs on the shelf so I wish I'd had more ! It will taste all the better as its free.

hi im a newby to this but thought id give it a go.so i trundled up to exmouth and found 2 pepper mills they had 3 left but no salts.also picked up a few bits a set of faux leather placemats in chocolate being one.it was only once id used the self scanner i realised the pepper mills had not gone through at the glitch prices.they were £5 and bogof but only £5 had been deducted not the £10. so looks like the offers gone.however i had found my first ever dtd.the leather place mats were £5 on the sel but had gone through at £7.so off i went to cs and got dtd and refund on the mills as id changed my mind.so all in all happy shopper here.the place mats were a pack of 4 tesco make in brown.happy hunting.

Not been on here for a while ,but glad i did today just been to local tesco and got 6 sets of the salt and pepper,i am smileing from ear to ear Thank you for this one
