  • Croydon poundland regularly has 6 packs of WW nacho type crisps. 2 flavours... chese and thai chilli. you may have to fight me for them as I've been known to clear the shelf!!. Also swing bin liners and black bags are great and as strong as supermarket ones, you get twice as many for half the price, also rolls of J cloths and Cif or Dettol wipes, envelopes, padded envelopes, all sizes. :o

was amazed the other day whilst in edinburgh, the st james centre poundland were selling blocks of cheese, packs of bacon and wiseman milk plus more i can't remember

    in our one its:

2 litres milk, full fat or semi skimmed
200grams wyke farms cheddar (as good a price as the best of the supermarket offers)
    8 Richmond skinless chipolatas
    bacon - 6 slices
    and cheese strings

also most of the weight watchers snacks are now 5 packs instead of 6 packs, which is annoying, but still better value than the supermarkets where they are nearly twice the price.

I love the weight watchers version of wotsits, really yummy and loads in a pack.
the nacho tortilla chips are very tasty but you get only a few (think it's about 9 or 12 in a packet)!
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
  • Got a great bargain yesterday. 2 medium sized cardboard storage/removal boxes with lids.
Wish I'd bought the whole lot now as we're moving house stuff into storage and these are perfect.
Always on the hunt for a bargain.

The Weight watchers cheese puffs taste as good as Wotsits with less saturated fat and you don't end up with orange fingers after eating them. There are more in a packet too

Oh that sounds very good, I hope that my local one has that as I'll be pout for the day and it'd be nice not to eat another BK king deal!

Today I got The Saint and Paycheck on dvd. They also had of interest Junebug, Birthday Girl, Changing Lanes, and The Opposite of Sex.
birthday girl is one of my favourite films, bought my copy second hand and its now quite well scratched (it was in slightly ropey condition when i bought it and i stupidly had a second hand dvd player which didnt help)

if anyone sees it, buy it
