Annoyingly, I was in Argyle Street, Glasgow tonight, and this Fortnite Eraser I thought was £1 has a shelf label - it's £2.38475175.jpg
Bonus item, Fortnite A5 Notebook, £5
    38475175.jpg
Newsflash (ha, I said "flash") the Man Thong is in Red or Green - had a closer look
    38475186.jpg
Shelley Original Dry Shampoo 200ml, £1
    OqLzjvf.jpg?1
Bournville Orange or Dark Chocolate (not sure of size), £1 (says "New Old" on the pack, but not sure what that means!)

It's described as New/Old because it (the Orange) was last available in 2009, nearly ten years ago!

I don't really like Dark Chocolate, so I've definitely not noticed it around - but it seems to have been a limited release in September 2018, and I'm guessing it's now extended.

https://www.talkingretail.com/products-news/confectionery/cadbury-brings-back-bournville-orange-08-01-2019/ says it first appeared in 1927.

Sure enough, this blogger says it was last around 10 years ago http://kevssnackreviews.blogspot.com/2018/09/new-old-cadbury-bournville-orange-dark-chocolate.html

Re the allegations of "smaller chocolate bars" - this US & UK chocolate comparison image might interest someone, saw it on HUKD earlier. (You have to double-click to zoom). It's from September 2015 though, so may not be completely accurate.

I couldn't see the sizes, so that's a guess. I'll remove it till I can verify the size (I sometimes use Google to help but in this case it's no use).

As I understand it the ORANGE is ONLY available in 100g size

The CLASSIC DARK appears to be the same size

Is it any good though? I'm not a fan of dark chocolate, but I can eat Jaffa Cakes / Terrys Chocolate Orange (Red) until the cows come home :D

Did anyone see the documentary on Cadburys the other day? (I caught up on All4). It brought back nostalgia, even though we know it does not taste the same as it was. The story behind the raspberry shortcake version was endearing. Mum, my sister and I made light work of a bar the other week and thoroughly enjoyed it (even though the quality of the chocolate has gone downhill). I wouldn't deny the opportunity to sample the other two finalists either!

Strathkelvin Retail Park, Bishopbriggs this afternoon:

GamesMaster Minecraft Unofficial Builds/Puzzles/Tips/Activities Book, £1
    3295789.jpg
There was also a Fingerlings 2019 book - but, obviously, it's nearly a year old (and should really be in the 50p or less section).
    3295789.jpg
Some student essentials - the 1980s/graffiti art Cushioned Lap Tray caught my eye in the middle-right (lunchbags on the left), £2
    38487467.jpg
(Near the tills) Lizi's Breakfast Drink in Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate, reduced to 25p
    38487467.jpg
These are really nice as I got the Yoberry variety from Watt Brothers a few months ago - Balisto Yoberry x 6 or Original x 6, £1
    38487467.jpg
Those £1 Mug Off Novelty Mugs are back (along with some Novelty Gifts, for Xmas):

    Blah Blah Blah
Poundland - This Mug Costs £1 (this one's been in Poundland stores a while)
    831324501568751528.jpg
    I <3 Unpaid Overtime
    You Do You
    5527174401568751566.jpg

    38487495.jpg
    A3 Poster Frame (29.7 x 42cm), £1
    1626488321568751617.jpg
    Make Your Own Teddy Bear
    Convertible Playbook Castle, £5
    6123177651568751633.jpg
    (I bought these)
NYC Showtime Kohl 001 True Black, £1
NYC Get It All 001 Light (Foundation), £1
NYC IndividualEYES 950 Smokey Violets Eyeshadow Palette, £1
    19188925751568751658.jpg
    TRESemme Volumising Blow-Dry Creme 70ml, £1
    38487495.jpg
  • I bought three of those A3 poster frames yesterday. I don't know why I expected them to be any good but it turns out they aren't really. The frame is really wobbly and there is only a very thin piece of plastic where the glass would go. Only worth buying for non important things...maybe office frames or something.
