    Some things from Trongate, Glasgow:

Thought this was quite cute, Cactus Vase £1

I saw these in my local branch a couple of days before Christmas. Mentioned it to my Mum who despatched my Dad to buy one to add to my presents. :D

Went back to pick up a little Cactus Vase and all the ones left are chipped :(

Saw these in Trongate, Glasgow earlier (was out hoping the Boots sale would start today :rotfl:)

The Cactii had company today, £1 Zebra Vases (similar in size/height to the Cactii). There are also £1 Zebra print dishes - suppose you could use them as ring trays or an ashtray or something. Cute, too - there are more trays, moved one to the side for the photo.

Not sure if Kate's Kitchen are a "thing", as the URL on the label doesn't work (kate@kateskitchencompany.com) - Kate's Kitchen Strawberry Jam 454g, £1.

I suspect its an attempt to replicate this, which retails at over twice the price:

My local tends to stock lots of HiPP Organic baby products - recommended.

These are nice (but I haven't seen them sold in Poundland).

I've occasionally seen Hipp products in Poundland - not that I get to a Poundland very often! :)

There's a bit of blethering about the Poundland Mens' scent dupes (no-one's talking about the women's scents on HUKD yet,* though). I commented here

    100ml, EDT.

    Joop Homme! is Jape
    Invictus is Iconique
1 Million is King In Million
    Cool Water is Aqua Chill

The address given on the back seems to be one that is listed on a variety of Poundland brands, so these must be manufactured for them.

*Edit: Actually, I found a Poundland female scent, as I remember seeing this on shelves! Beau Reve (copy of La Vie Est Belle) gets a good review halfway down the page here

Thanks, picked up a bottle of Beau Reve today, I like it, don't know if it does smell like La Vie Est Belle as not smelt that yet. Also picked up one of the Fragrance Mists in Pink Floral and that's nice too.

They had this and two others, Vivid Sky and Sparkling Sky in Swansea. Thought the Vivid Sky one was quite nice, not sure what it's supposed to be a copy of. Might try the Beau Reve if they still have some.
