I've just bought five great novels including two hardbooks for a pound each. They are all really good books. I've had some before and used them as stocking fillers etc. It's cheaper than buying them in supermarkets and even some charity shops. Also Dove facial moisturiser with self tan and a maybelline lipstick. Brilliant!

Called in to my local shop yesterday - they still have the Rimmel make-up in there - its a steal for a pound !!! They have the eye shadows that are over 4.00 normally, and the lip glosses that are around 5.00. My make up bag has never been as full:rotfl:

I picked up a copy of the 3-disc Ashes 2005 series of the Cricket in Poundland Gravesend on Friday. I've already got it, but I'm sure I can find someone to give it to!

Bought today Washday's Trousers Hanger (hangs up to 4 pairs).

Thought this would make a good addition to the airing cupboard, in that I could attach it to the pre-existing frame in there.

Also, other half was saying that he wanted a 'proper' hanger for his trousers, not just the clip on hangers.

The hook swivels, and so can hang flat, or outwardly. Chuffed with this purchase.
