  • Today in my Poundland I found:

    Peppa pig/George slipper socks
    Hello kitty slipper socks

Collection 2000 packs of 3 nail vanishes (nice colours, baby pink etc)

Teachers whiskey chocolates (these are seriously yummy)
    Baileys chocolates (again very yummy)

    But...

(got asked my age to buy these however and I'm not young, she obviously then didn't believe me and asked to see my ID!!! Won't mind if I was a youngen but I'm in my 30s! Ha!) :)

So remember to take your ID to buy your chocolates even if you are 60+..... :)

I was looking for some earphones for the iPad and saw some on a plastic tube, said it was suitable for MP3s and iPods. Does anyone know if this means it will be also compatible with the iPad?
Just to add that I was tidying up yesterday and found a free pair, courtesy of The Economist magazine.

Take it as a compliment! Perhaps you might not have been asked had you picked up the nasal hair trimmer :D

I got ID'd trying to quietly buy a vajazzle kit :o. It was for a secret santa last year and I was trying not to alert the two catty girls in the queue behind me due to embarassment, but ended up getting made a complete fuss of! I didn't know you had to be 18 to buy 'body art'

Well I am now quite offended that I didn't get asked when I bought the magic bullet! (I hid it underneath a box of Cadbury's Brunch bars as I approached the till :D).

Not that I have any intention of using it, I'm just amazed at what you can get for £1!

Sorry but this made me :rotfl::rotfl: especially when I read the final sentence in your sig...

If in doubt, don't pull out!

No offence meant at all but it surely did have me in stitches. :D

Shame to waste money, would it be any use as a coffee stirrer? if powerful enough it might make the coffee frothy
