If any Glaswegian is looking for the OPI crackle varnishes, they're back at Argyle Street and in the "normal" makeup aisle today, loads of them :) Picked up one at last, missed them first time around.
  • I just wanted to add another name to a growing list of victims!

Yesterday a clubcard statement arrived from Tesco addressed to our address but to a Mr J Smith!! It just cried out suspiscious, I mean the name got zero points for originalty!! No surprise then that our clubcard account
had been hacked and vouchers spent, not a lot £40. That is not the point. Why? It seems we are one of many! We have up to date internet security software. Well aware of avoiding phishing emails as we use IT in our jobs. Its frustrating and annoying as we have no idea how this has happened.

In Kirkcaldy today they had Lanacane anti-chafing gel. They had this a while back and I've looked every time I'm in as it was £6.65 in Boots last time I bought it.

Found this in Portsmouth - great bargain, thanks so much for mentioning it. :)

Bit of an odd one. I bought a box of those Oat So Simple Breakfast Biscuits in Poundland and the box said it contained 6 packs of 4 biscuits. But when I opened the box a few days later, there were only 5 packets in there.

I wondered if the factory had labelled/packed them wrongly so Poundland had bought them up cheap. I don't remember there being a tag on the shelf saying they were a pack short (but maybe there was and I didn't see it) and there's nothing on the pack either.

I can't take them back as I've opened the box and could well have slipped a pack out myself for all the shop staff know. Besides I feel I got my money's worth at 5 packs for £1, they're pricy in the supermarkets, so I can't whinge. Just wondered if anyone had had the same happen to them?

I would email the manufacturer with the batch code details on the box and tell them the problem, they will probably send you some vouchers as a apology. I've done this before with multi pack crisps where a bag was open inside and all the crisps were loose. Less hassle than taking them back
