As most things are normally a pound in Poundland thought this was worth posting as there were a few children's books in our Poundland (Ashford Kent) 3 for £1. We got Poppy and the Garden Monster. Quite a lot of reading in it so good value for money and 2 paperback Noddy books which are online elsewhere for £2.75 upwards.0

Happy St David's Day. Dydd Dewi Sant Hapus i chi.
Still lots of lurrvely Andrew Collinge sulphate -free conditioners - I am very happy, I got the Colour Therapy and another Volume Therapy.
I had a discussion with another customer, who told me that she didn't like conditioners as they made her glasses (perched atop her head) sticky.
I hope I didn't upset her when I pointed out that if that was the case, she wasn't rinsing her hair properly...(for her!)
Also four packs of Creme Egg 'Twisted' bars -a use by of the end of this month.
Lots of Maoam and Haribo sweetie products.
Spotted the late Keith Floyd's autobiography in Books - lots of children's books inc. Horrible Henry, and a large range of SATS prep books.
Disney cereal bowls, the deep, compact type. Winnie the Pooh. Toy Story, Tinkerbell, etc.
New range of top brand cereals in - Fitnesse and others.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -

I bought this after the recommendations on this thread. Wasn't that keen. I thought it felt more like a shampoo. Not very thick and didn't coat my hair as well as other conditioners, my hand would kind of slide off my hair, when I ran my fingers through it with this conditioner in.0 -
I was in £worl. today - generic colour catchers - 2 packs for £1. I have used these and they work fine. Much cheaper then the actual product.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

I know!! ... I'm on the No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries thread too! However, this does suit my hair, and I go through double the amount of conditioner that I do shampoo.
Purplestar, it's a shame that it didn't suit you, but at least paying £1 to find out was better than coughing up a fiver.
I forgot to mention the 'celebrity' 75ml body lotions and shower gels - these look as if they were meant to be parts of sets. I got a Kylie Minogue 'Showtime' shower gel and a Halle Berry one as Easter gifts. Look v. expensive.
Great buys for those who put Christmas stockings together all year round.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again...
