And I like Sainsbury's cooking bacon best! Just recently I have had loads of thick ham/bacon pieces in the packs. A meal in themselves!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
Picked up these paperbacks today, they are lovely books with nice illustrations, good stocking fillers. They look like this

I got a plastic tub of haribo starmix, 450g earlier. Best before late 2013. I also got a tube of pringles, only 160 odd g, but wasn't too bad, and my local also had the little boxes of walnut whips and twilight dark mint chocolate boxes. Great for padding out xmas pressies!0

I got some Moshi Monsters plasters the other day, but have yet to find the Moshi bubble baths
. I'll be going further afield later in the week so fingers crossed for the bigger store...
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0 -
Set of lovely hardback "Children's Classics", including my childhood favourite, The Wind in the Willows. Really nicely bound, and the last thing you expect to turn up far from home in a Poundland. It's been keeping me comforting company while I've been out of action over the weekend with a winter virus.0

Terry's 175g chocolate orange in my local store were £1 each on the shelves but scanning at 3 for £1 -bargain!:) Got a few as stocking fillers!0

Big names such as Barry M, MaxFactor, Rimmel and Sally Hensen 'hard as nails' in my local store; some really nice shades of dark purple, dark red, pinks, clear top coats and manicure sets in nail varnish; mascara; eye shadows and concealer sticks.
Can't believe it as its a real find- cheaper than savers and superdrug for sure, and these are big name brands! Scanned cheaper than they were on the shelf, but still a bargain so worth a check!
I normally dont get cosmetics at cheaper stores, I usually stick to superdrug or boots, but these have been fab!
I went back for more for stocking fillers but there was no more at all, a lady was buying the last at the till! Worth a try as only found them today!0 -

Could you give us the last few digits of the barcode so I can check it against the ones in my store?0
