There's nothing missing. They're only 170gm packs, but they're presumably using a larger standard box to keep costs down. Still good value for £1.
The box should be made smaller then, :(it is misleading to open the sellophane and fine that 1/3 is missing :mad:Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Bought the 3 After Eights for £2 but when I opened them almost 1/3 of the pack is empty, I thought it may have been just the one, but in the name of research
opened the other 2 and they too are missing 1/3.

toooo funny for words..........
here's my theory..........
in the middle of the night pekish elves have entered every poundland store.
opened alll the after eights.
carefully removed 10 little mints.
then shrinkwrapped them all back up again.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
In poundland earlier I was looking in the perfume section for the GF (tight I know), when I found really quite a nice smelling eau de toilette called mirella dreams, I though it was really good, when she opened it even she said it smelt classy, so some things from pound stores aren't too bad!!!0

Stick to the Toblerone big bars, you can't go wrong (though your teeth may...)
Other than far too many Toblerones, my best bargains so far have been:
Little screw top jar of felt tip pens: they are really good ones and the packaging makes them brilliant for the kids on the move
Kenco coffee eco-packs
Jack Dee autobiography: bought for BIL birthday but was told he wouldn't like it, so put it on Amazon and got £5 for it. Result!0 -
Well done on the Jack Dee book - I bought that when it was first out and really enjoyed it. I agree, the Toblerones are a wonderful bargain.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0

Glasgow Argyle St had a 4 pack of Galaxy Bubbles bars, great bargain, though not so great for my waistline.
They also have a lovely selection of Xmas gift bags.0 -
