We have had a new Poundland open up by us. It must be the smallest one in the world - more like Poundkiosk! I went there with some definite purchases in mind but, on seeing the size of it, thought I would be disappointed.
I was wrong! I got exactly what I went for -- 20 x photo snow globes for my daughter's hen party. She's going to get a photo of all the girls together and give them 1 each.
- An Ipad screen protector which I can cut in half to make 2 for my new tablet that Santa is going to bring me (shhh! it's a secret

I told an unwitting lie - theere are just 7 pieces per bag. I know this because I went back for some more this afternoon and bought the last 3 bags.
I did pop into Thorntons to see how much they are in real life - the "Premium Collection" is not sold instore, but c100g bags of chocolates are £2.99 (currently on offer 2 for £5) instore so I suppose there is a bargain element to this. They go so well with mince pies and Irish coffee.

I picked up 'My Health Coach Stop Smoking with Allen Carr' for the Nintendo DS today. There was only one on the shelf and at first I wasn't sure if it was for sale or whether someone had dropped it. But when I asked at the till, it scanned so I snapped it up. Worth looking out to see if they get any more titles in.0
