  • Re the fake snow - darn it! Just ordered some from dealtastic for £2.49 (+10% off)!!
Am making a Xmas Eve hamper this year for the kids... put in £2.99 reindeer from WHSmiths, fake snow, santa tree dec, and am going to make reindeer food (birdfood with glittery cake decorations in it - do £land sell this too??) and snowman soup(home made again) (hot choc packaged with marshmallows and magic stars).. and someone told me about reindeer noses - home made choc cakes with icing and red smarties on top! busy susy! Might throw a xmas dvd in there to keep them busy whilst wrapping up their pressies!

I got a fake snow tube from home bargains at 99p as well- so will see if poundlands is better lol if not only a small spend. I always put the santa clause on xmas eve, love it and very warming :) hamper sounds lovely x
Need a new start..wheres good to live in the UK?!
  • I've been in my local one today to pick my last few stocking fillers, got a big sack to put all my nephews presents in....got him a few things from there, toy soldiers, trucks, hot wheels cars, (you get the idea!!) got some hot wheels gripper socks and also a Rudyard Kipling stories for children. So all in all the pressies have cost me about £10 and he's got loads of stuff!
I also get my after eights, stuffing, hot choc, and crimbo decorations.

I bought some lovely Austrian style hats for my my wee one yesterday, they had navy, red, purple and pale blue. I also bought a navy fleece scarf and cut it down to size for my wee one aswell, it is lovely and cosey, we are -14 here at the moment!
They also had lots of thermal socks for adults, hats for adults and some gloves but they did not look that warm. I was suprised to see that they were stocking shelves as nobody has been receiving deliveries but they told me it was back stock!

This time I managed to snag some Fifi Annuals which retail for £5 on Amazon and some really cute kids Christmas books Little Penguin Dives In and Brave Little Polar Bear which retail for £3.99 - Great stocking fillers:j
