Today I bought Kitkat and After 8 Santas.Taste-tested the Kitkat and must admit the After 8 Santa is by far the best out of the two. The Kitkat Santa is very sweet. For hubby I got the following CDs,
    Russell Watson, Outside In
    Cliff Richard, Wanted
Bryn Terfel, First Love and for my auntie
    Donny Osmond, From Donny....With Love
    This was the Glenrothes branch.

searched couldnt find apologies if a dupe.

found a wii compatiable rechargable wii fit battery pack in poundland today in st johns store liverpool, not sure yet how long it will last fully charged but for a quid i dont care:D, picked up 2 so can use one and charge one when kids are on a wii marathon.#

also found a double battery charger that connects and charges via usb handy if all other rechargers are busy especially for those pesky mouse batteries( i hate running out of them), also a pound.

    Hello,

I have just seen boxes of Mr Kipling's Mince Pies in my local Poundland.
They are the normal sized boxes containing 6 mince pies.

The dates were until 6th December, which were better than I bought on Monday from Tesco (They were also on offer of £2 for 2 boxes in Tesco, instead of £1.50 a box)

In Poundland there was a shelf label saying 2 boxes of Mr Kiplings for £1, but the list on the label didnt mention Mince Pies, so not sure if the label was in the wrong place.
  • The Mr. Kipling 2 for a £1 offer only applies to the boxes of almond/sponge slices in Walsall Poundland. Which was a shame as I was eyeing up a Mr. Kipling Caramel cake next to them on the shelf.

Ah well only went in to get some tuna.
Freebies Received: Supersavvyme bag, Olay moisturiser, Barbara Daly/Tesco Mascara, Seeds of Change Choccie, Yorkshire Tea Kenyan teabags, Tesco mobile sim cards x 2.

    Won: Yorkshire Tea goodie box

Thanks for the tip off about the Mr Kipling stuff. I got Almond Slices & Angel Slices so that's my lunchbox cakes sorted for next week! :)

The Darlington branch also had large Dundee cakes with nuts on top & also coconut cakes with chocolate on them which I've found stores like Morrisons have stopped selling.
