These creams have been in Poundland/B&M etc for the best part of a year. It seems a bit odd that only when it's made public knowledge like it has been in the last few days that do Boots do something about it.
It's only a game

This is the article if anyone is interested in reading itBoots beauty creams sold in discount stores
All women know that it can cost a fortune to look gorgeous – but it costs whole lot less when you can buy your usual Boots products from Poundland and budget chain B&M.
Now high street chemist Boots has started an investigation after some of its beauty products were found on sale in the discount store for just £1 – with different labels pasted over the top.
Creams and lotions which sell for up to £8 in the Boots No 7 and Botanics ranges are being sold under the the 'Pure' brand in the discount stores.
Boots was first alerted to the problem around eight weeks ago, when business student Rhys Gregory and girlfriend Amanda Ward, both 20, from Aberystwyth, bought a Pure body sculpting cream at a nearby Poundland. Later they found that underneath the pure label was the original one for the Botanics product.
Boots said the products involved should have been relabelled and sold to foreign – rather than UK – stores.
A spokesperson said: "Boots UK does not supply Poundland or BM. We occasionally have excess stock that has been produced for our international businesses. We believe a small amount of this stock has been diverted into UK retailers and sold without our permission. We have now taken steps to ensure that the stock is no longer available by this route."Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £82,340.34 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £155 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £149.19 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £964.62 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0
