Faulty LG Viewty on Orange help
Hello,
I recently renewed my contract and got an upgrade with orange. the deal was good!
The problem is that my new LG viewty is faulty.
it has a problem receiving some sms's over 2 pages long. on the www.ku990.co.uk website forum others have had the same issues and LG even replied to one member saying that the phone has a problem.
for a few months i have been on to Orange customer services and they have been useless. Every single time they seem to lose my notes and ask me the same questions. they promise me that "technical" will investigate but when i get a reply it seems they just want to ask me if i'm still having the problem.
I've asked for a replacement every time but they tell me it has to go through to technical first. But technical do nothing.....it's a never ending cycle of fobbing me off!
The only thing I can think of is putting everything in writing with all my evidence and sending this off to Orange. I'm not sure who to send it to though.
As they have been useless and not fulfilled my consumer rights, can I sue?
All I want is a phone that is fit for purpose.
any advice would be amazing!
