    Today I got
    4x Lynx mix (2 for £4)
    Modelme shampoo £2.49 (250 pts)
Pack of 3 sock £2.50 (100 pts Hoisery for mailing and 50pts ACM)
Lots of reduced Socks and tight in ordinary place
JK file x2- at last (500pts)
Time Delay moisturiser £2 (200 pts Mag)

Best of all used Pigsback gift vouchers so "free"

Got a price check on Johnstons bag still £9.99
and Huggies newborn box £5- the SA was lovely she said they were reduced the week before!!! Just my luck. Forgot to check the toys (think someone spied some reductions) but thought the temptation would be to much for my three year old so avoided the aisles!

Didn't see any reduced S&G and the Ted Baker bags are all back up to full price - Cheeky Mr B

Hi there, was the time delay moisturiser reduced or is that the normal selling price?
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

Broclo (reading backwards :o ) sorry to hear about your fiance too (((((hugs)))))

Yep reading backwards here too although I did read Broclos post giving her condolences to lupyloo but obviously not thoroughly enough.

Sorry to hear about your fiance Broclo (((hugs)))I think losing anyone you hold dear is hard to bear. :A

I too found some reduced socks today, reduced from £4 to 75p with 100 ACM points back. Got some more Botanics 3 min leave in conditioner, 2 4 £5 plus 250 ACM points back. (LOVE this stuff - my hair is naturally curly and therefore gets dry quite quickly and needs TLC often - this works wonders and leaves me with no frizz either. While Im recommending stuff from Boots (on topic ;) ) the Trevor Sorbie Curl Cream is the best curl definer I have ever used and believe me Ive tried a fair few! Trouble is there are no more reduced TS things on my clearance  )
Didn't do the No 7 deal as I left too early. Last chance tomorrow!

After posting that Chester had the Johnsons bags reduced to £2.50 the whole lot have gone and in their place are £15 sets with bedtime something or other in them!! Also all of the Lynx £5 sets are gone, must be some MSErs lurking from Chester area...who are you? :D
Found a mag with the Model Me insert in so grabbed for tomorrow. Will check and see if there are any more inserts. Maybe it was a rogue one. LOL

Went to Boots today and returned the Garnier peels.I had paid with points so 600 back on my card.Really could not be bothered with Bootsing today - I think I need some different vouchers from the ACM! I am hoping for Soap and Glory or Sanctuary or maybe BOGOF on something nice - one for me and one for the stash!

Am pretty sure none of the TD stuff is £2 so I imagine it was reduced yes. I do know the mens TD range is all a third off at the moment so combined with the 200 Boots mag voucher off TD, it works out quite cheaply. I was looking for some bodywash for my OH but gave up after about 3 aisles, they prob dont even do one! LOL
The TD hand cream has been reduced in various shops recently and I got some ages ago, it is really lovely stuff, very effective.

Hi everyone I havent been on here for a good few days, Ive had a pretty crappy time of late, my darling dad lost his battle with a long illness on saturday morning. Even though he was poorly it was still a massive shock how quickly it happened, but I was with him all the way through and it was very peaceful. Anyway im in a bit of a limbo at the minute and dont really know what to do. I already lost my mam to cancer just over 9 years ago, and im only 32. So just to take my mind of things Im catching up on the last 30 pages or so ive missed. It really is great just to think about something else for a little while, you all make me smile with your little jokes and cute pics, so keep up the good work ladies your helping me without even knowing it. lol x

Apologies for being non boots related but I wanted you to know that you are cheering me up!

Hi Lupyloo. My brother-in-law died very quickly on Saturday morning too. much like your dad he had been very poorly but there was no indication this would happen this soon. We were all there for him and are just trying to hold my partner's sister together as she is only 23 and should not be having to deal with something this awful at her age.
Please PM me if you want to talk. I am going to get back to the nice distracting boots thread, broclo any more pee vs V box stories to cheer us up would be much appreciated lol :rotfl:

  • Lupyloo, so sorry to hear what's happened. I am sending ((hugs)) and condolences.

Who's had all the glitches at Bristol Cribbs? Come on own up? Lol, popped in this morning, no Johnsons, no lynx 3 sets, nothing. And to top it all forgot my card and had to pay with points  I did get a pack of 2 tomy tippee dummies for £1 and I got 3 for 2 on No7 bathing plus the gwp. I'm not gonna use them, just get them out the bag ever now and then and look at them, I know I'm not alone in that...:rotfl:
