NOT USUAL BROCLO RAMBLINGS...DO NOT SKIP POST LOLJust had an msn conversation with 'tin-tin' that went like this...BC So um guess you were busy today what with the new planograms
TT What do you want to know (insert macho giggle)
BC Oh just saying hello
TT Your go to hell for lying you know
BC Well, okay you got me
TT What EXACTALLY did you want to know
BC Um well... what's the deal on the spits, skincare yes?
TT No there are two
BC (Broclo stops breathing) At once?!
TT Uhuh
BC Tease, no seriously
TT I am serious
BC And...?
TT And what?
BC And what are they...?
TT Skincare and No7 both run 13/8 till 9/9 but redeemable till 14/9 and are issued on £5 spend
BC Skincare and ....(Broclo starts hyperventilating)
TT Yeah, Skincare is TIME DELAY, Sanctuary Facial, Olay definitive, Olay regenerative, Olay Total Effects, L'oreal revitalift and L'oreal wrinkle decrease. Can't remember if minimum spend on no7 only saw an hr ago
BC (Casually) Oh so anything else then?
TT No7 gwp starts, but we are thinking of starting it later as we have made a whoopsie with spit at same time, may be 22nd, were questioning £20 spend too
BC But that's a friday
TT Yes?
BC But you do not start things on a friday
TT (Hysterics) Well, we may do this time. Is that all madam?
BC Er, got any other nice gwp's starting?
TT You are so pedictable, £10 spend on Sanctuary spa and recieve a gwp is on planogram I think, New Mini Mode Autumn range launched etc, I dunno I only came out of meeting ten minutes ago! I have a tube to catch
BC Ah sorry, catch you later
TT Bye!So in a nutshell...2 spits on £5 spend: No7 and skincare to include time delay and no reason not to use 200pts mag voucher, No7 gwp may not start till later but even the poers that be do not know that yet. Only new gwp I could get out of him was sanctuary. Grab those mags ladiesBefore the store managers hide them

Sorry...phone rang
Could just do:
No7 Protect & Perfect Tan Enhancing OR Firm-Your-Body Toning, Sun Protection 12.00(yellow bottle in SPF15 or SPF24)
No7 Firm-Your-Body Tan Maintainer 10.00
BOGOF Kicks in
GWP (as till sees over £15 spend)
£12.00 and 48pts
But if other half fancies other bits and likes gwp:
2 x No7 Anti Ageing Anti-Dark Spot Facial Sun Protection 10.50
BOGOF Kicks in
GWP (as till sees over £15 spend)
Use ACM Voucher for 500pts on no7 facial sun
£10.50 and 544pts
But remember the lip/eye and glossy locks to protect hair are £5.75 and BOGOF which till thinks is full amount for getting gwp etc plus 500pts from acm works on lip/eye as facial sun
What is the gift with purchase, so far I have only dabbled in purchases where there is a humongous saving or lots of points, never been near the no7 ladies counter. At 21 I doubt the OH will be interested in anti-aging cream.:money:

No 7 Anti aging face stuff dark spot thingy LOL £10.50
No 7 lip and eye £5.75 (free as bogof)
GWP as till sees spend of £16.25
using 500 ACM points wys £10 on facial sun?????
Prob better deal to just get lip and eye stuff for £5.75 spend and 500 points back but then no GWP. Decisions...
Gotta pop out to see ma-in-law but will check back later on, TIA0 -
In advance...sorry for the HUGE post :rotfl:
I've given up! Went bannanas and childproofed everything, but only caused more hassles lol
Cord winders: Drew his attention as if it started moving, the momentum would build up and then attracted him, which then attracted him to trying to climb up etc, not fun in the summer
Corner guards: Easily removed, refuse to use stronger glue on oak furniture, when he did remove and glue was strong initially the force of him trying to pull them off caused him to wack his head on table each time
Fridge/Freezer Locks: At 12 months he knew how to open them, yet I swore under my breath everytime I needed ice as be damned if I could open them easily
Foam door stoppers: Stay on for about 2/3 bangs then drop to floor and get eaten before you can blink
Stripping for glass tv stands: Ooooo...what can we peel off after 3 minutes of being fitted?
Cupboard locks: Hang on door for 3 seconds, jump up and down and they break, leaves large hole on inside of cupboard and causes child to fly across kitchen, smahing head on wall tiles when landing
Toilet lock: Drew attention to toilet as DS thinks anything with a lock needs opening...removed lock after 3 days DS forgot toilet existed
So given up  only thing I do is have a stairgate, but leave one at the bottom permanantly open unless phone rings as I would rather he learnt to climb the stairs with me behind him as when it was closed the second it was opened he would ram past me and try getting up stairs with great speed and little skill.
I refuse to even put away scissors etc that are in drawers as he understands a stern 'no' and is always bloomin chuffed when I tell him after he is a 'good boy' for leaving whatever it is.
I'd rather leave everything open to DS and let him learn and explore, but with supervision so he does not get hurt(within reason they need the odd bang), learning what is 'naughty' to touch and what is 'ouch' to touch, I've found that now everything is not locked up etc he has discovered everything and is rather bored looking now!
Our parents never child proofed, with the exception of safety whilst cooking(pop on baby tv for 20 mins a day lol) I simply use the top stairgate, despite having a little rogue of a 15 month old it works for me...not sure if that makes me an irresponsible mummy lol
My friend has a daughter who liked to hide mummys things in the toilet and sussed the toilet locks, but THIS has outwitted her and still does at 2yrs
Knew I'd yabber on terribly :rotfl:
have to say I was the same, had no child locks, no safety gate, no fire guard, left all ornaments etc out and told DS "no" or "hot" or "ouch" or "don't touch" etc and he was fine, as Broclo says I think they are best left to learn right from wrong and what can be touched and not etc.. whenever we went to visit people he used to crawl/walk over to something and look at me before touching, he soon learned the "Paddington Bear stare" (anyone old enough to remember that lol) meant don't touch and as he got older he would go towards things, stop, look at me and say "what does mummy say.. don't touch!" it was quite amusing and he never came to any harm!! gran and nanna used to be able to leave all the precious items out and he just didn't bother with them at all... now I am waffling so I will get off! :rotfl:0 -

Really lovely actually
May be worth asking her (?)as even at 21 you should use facial sun, they are just called anti ageing as it stops you ageing, not because your an old booger. My cousin is a sun worshiper and at 23 she has worse skin than a 40 year old as she uses no protection.
Sunscreen lecture over lol0 -
As you are all sitting there sorting vouchers and gleefully making shopping lists for Wednesday, if you're looking for something to watch while you do it, my friend Tanyalee is on a show on ITV1 at 9 tonight. It's called "Superhuman: World's Smallest People." She's the stand-up comic from Vegas.0
