I got mine last Saturday. Send them an e-mail to see if they've actually dispatched it, they're pretty good at replying quickly. :)
Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!
  • I took my subscription out on the 6th February & have got the first issue - when did everyone else take the offer out so I know if I should leave it a little longer. Thanks

I've just received a couple of Body Shop items as a (pretty poor) substitute for the Cosmo Charles Worthington hair care set, if that's any help.

I got that too, the skin serum is £24 and the eye cream is £18
    on the website .

I received my pyrex but at my billing address not my delivery address.
Glad to have the gift but a real pain that it's gone to the wrong address.
Have emailed them, but not much they can do about it now.
  • Email reply from them says to allow 28 working days since order which was 06/02

I just really wanted the other gift, and don't have much use for this :(. It was good of them to send something else rather than just saying 'tough' though, these limited offers are always a gamble.

Interestingly, I'd chased it up again earlier in the week as the 28 working days had passed, and they replied (on the day the replacement arrived) saying:

"Unfortunately there is currently a delay on the stock being received into our warehouse, however, we do aim for this to reach you within the next 28 working days. I can assure you once stock arrives this will be despatched as a priority."

So I'm not sure how much use Hearst's customer services are at knowing what's actually going on with gifts.

You might be lucky then and get both ;)
