I didn't get my Benefit gift either, I have just called & they are OOS, so gave me a list of other options - which I didn't really know what any of them were - mainly serums & skin lifting creams. I went for an eyeliner & lip balm - very disappointing as like you I only really wanted the Benefit gift - lol I also asked what would have happened if I didn't call & the lady said, you wouldn't have got a gift, I did say - that is very disappointing customer service.

just had the Red gift and it's a substitute bayliss and harding luxury travel set (all full size items) instead of night treatment but very pleased with this!! 2 cosmetic bags - shower cram - hand cleaner and luxury body cream!!

I subscribed to Cosmo on the promise of a goody bag worth over £40. Received two Body Shop items - Drops of Youth Concentrate and Eye Serum, worth £24 and £18 so that makes them £42 together. But they came with a leaflet saying "Thank you for subscribing to Red." I wonder if this is a mistake and is in fact my gift from Cosmo?

I had that a month or so ago as a substitute for a Cosmo gift - it was instead of a hair care set.

It says "worth £42" so I'd assume the cleanser's probably the 118ml version (which you can also make out in the pic, if you squint), and the serum's the 15ml.
