Overall, great deals, top customer service and very nice discounts. No complaints here.

I suppose so if they offer what you are into and are happy with saving a couple of pounds.

Not exactly the fantastic sale advertised though. Some items have sold out but just look at what is still available. Not exactly inundated are they.

    My email is away.

I'm not sure what you would compain about. Game have indeed lived up to their name and offered discounts to the average buyer from a great retail brick and mortar and online store. Game's running costs would therefore be higher than online only establishments but in return offer top service and great value.

All in All this whole offer was a joke. GAME will spend more time answer complaint emails.

What a great opportunity they had to increase market share and offer a good service, put themselves in front of the other retailers as something special.

But they wasted the oppurtunity and just wound up a lot of customers with big promises and little action

Game UK only mentioned previous details offered. They did not at any time state specific details on what would be available for purchase on special offer. Any assumptions made would therefore not be the responsibilty of Game. Game have however offered various products at a discounted rate and have therefore lived up to their advertisment. Any complaints made would therefore be taken into consideration for future promotions as suggestions only.

Maybe we should put in a vote on this. Was it great or did it stink.

At least Joints is happy. I think there may be more that are not.

I have bought from GAME in the past and have to say recently as they were selling Ultimate Spiderman at £24.99 so they are not all bad.

But when somebody says fantastic sale you expect it to be fantastic.
